A player is an ice-cold Casanova who leaves a trail of broken hearts wherever he goes. When he walks into a room, all the women line up to talk to him, and practically beg to be taken out. And if he's good at what he does, he'll have a woman in his bed faster than he can say, "check, please!" If you're already a player and want to hone your skills, or if this sounds like the right lifestyle for you, read on.




How To Be A Player



In the long run, positive motivations are what keeps players engaged. Players who are motivated by cash, fame, and quick success, on the other hand, will likely burn out before ever turning pro. Loving the game will make a world of difference during daily practice as you gradually acquire the skills to turn pro.


When a game is up and coming, players have an opportunity to help excavate the game and advance the meta, which tends to be more volatile and accommodating of different play styles at the outset. Founding players of games like Rocket League2 and PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds,3 for instance, have found themselves propelled to the center of the Esports stage. That said, there's also a risk that a game's competitive scene will fail to thrive, at which point you may have to pick a new game.


Familiarize yourself with the hierarchy of the levels of competition, as each Esport has its own system in place for bringing new players into the fold. In CS:GO, for example, a player typically progresses from public games to matchmaking and then on to leagues and tournaments. There will be different trajectories for different Esports.


Climbing the ladder allows young players to make a name for themselves. This can help them find a spot on an amateur team (or a home in a sub-community for solo games), which in turn can be a stepping stone to a pro gaming organization.

People often misunderstand what makes a great team player. They think collaboration means saying yes to everything, not having boundaries, and never pushing back on bad ideas. But in reality, the opposite is true.

We may take the perspective of the player when we recognize our role or contributions to a problem and create self-empowering explanations for the situation. Players base their self-esteem on taking responsibility and doing their best to move forward while working on the factors they can influence. The player sees external forces as neither good nor bad, but as challenges.


Being a player comes with accountability and, possibly, failure. But we can move forward with confidence as a player if we base our self-esteem on taking responsibility and working with integrity. We can keep our self-respect and change the situation we are facing by exercising our freedom and power of choice.


As players-to-be, you know that this is not true. Rid yourself of this limiting belief now and understand that it is possible to learn how to pick up women with consistency. You have the knowledge at your fingertips and as a man, you have the ability to transform yourself into one with limitless options.


The road to become a player is not an easy one. It requires great inner strength, determination and passion. Yet if you have that, you are almost guaranteed the success you desire. Know that what you choose to pursue is achievable, be consistent in your pursuit of your goal and above all, love every step of this epic journey you have embarked on.


The qualifying offer is a standing offer for a one-year guaranteed deal, which becomes a regular contact if the player decides to sign it. This ensures that the team does not gain the right of first refusal without offering a contract themselves.


The Free Agency Moratorium is a negotiation period from July 1-6 in which teams may not sign most free agents or make trades. Starting at 6 p.m. ET on June 30, teams may negotiate deals with free agents. However, those players cannot officially sign until 12:01 p.m. ET on July 6.


A team option grants the original team the right to keep a player for another year. Such release does not permit a child to participate the balance of the regular season with another team or division. The player would have to tryout the following season to be eligible for selection to a team.


To assure that older players, whose active careers have been completed at least 25 years, as well as coaches, who have not coached in at least five years, and those individuals who contributed to the game in ways other than playing and coaching, will be considered along with the Modern-Era Player candidates, a Coach/Contributor Committee and a Seniors Committee have been established. Each of these committees is made up of 12 members of the overall Selection Committee.


In Franchise Mode, a human player may choose to Be a Player for any available team (unless restricted by a commissioner in an online league). You can take control of a single player, whether a real NFL player or a custom-made rookie, and play out his career in the pros. This mode is an exciting way to play due to how fast games go because by default plays are simulated rather than shown in-engine on screen. You can play as any defensive position or most offensive positions. You cannot play as a kicker, punter, or anyone on the offensive line.


After that you'll be able to change your rookie's appearance, number, position, gear and accessories. All of that, including his body proportions, are cosmetic only. You can, for example, create a 7-foot 400-pound player, but his Speed and Acceleration can start in the 70s or 80s with the right archetype.


There are some obvious downsides of operating as a player. You will have no control over your team's operations, including trades or releases (although your job is guaranteed). You'll also have no control over the game when you're off the field, so even if you do an amazing job on your side of the ball, the AI may perform badly and put you in an unnecessarily difficult situation. In other words, it's just like being a singular player for any real sports team.


Note that Be a Player does not give you a full simulation of the NFL lifestyle. There are no off-field antics, no endorsements, no charity work, no holding out, no career-ending injuries, no suspensions, etc. You can leave your team and find a new one in the off-season, but you are required to move to one of the other teams that is not held by another user. You cannot spend any time hanging out on the Free Agency list. Strangely, you cannot demand trades; as a player-character, you will never be traded.


If you're playing a Franchise (online or offline) and all other 31 teams are held, all you can do is retire your character and create another one to take his place. However, when you retire a player-character, you can create a coach or an owner instead unless restricted by an online league's settings regardless of how you started.


When playing as a player, your only job is to excel. If you're not the starter (which the AI calculates solely on your character's overall rating compared to others on the same position), you need to earn your spot by doing weekly training. You need to train even when you are the starter for bonus XP, but if you don't train when you're not the starter, you'll never get any playing time. Note that the league commissioner can enable the "Instant Starter" setting to make sure all human-controlled player-characters are at the top of their team's depth chart regardless of overall ratings. 041b061a72
